Award success for former lab members Guillermo Navalón and Oliver Demuth

PhD alumnus Dr Guillermo Navalón and MSc alumnus Oliver Demuth have received awards and commendations for their research. Guillermo received a Faculty of Science commendation for his PhD thesis, an award bestowed to around 5% of graduates each year. Oliver, not content with receiving the School of Earth Sciences Dineley Prize for best MSc thesis in Palaeobiology, was also recently awarded the Geologists Association Curry Prize for a dissertation of outstanding quality in Earth Sciences.

Congrats both of you! Guille and Oliver received certificates from Head of Bristol Earth Sciences Rich Pancost and we managed to get a few lab pictures at the School graduation ceremony.
